2. What Smooth does

Smooth provides AI-assisted meal estimates, educational nutrition insights, energy and satiety guidance, and habit-support tools.

3. What Smooth does not do

Smooth does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. Smooth does not replace a doctor, registered dietitian, nutritionist, or qualified healthcare professional.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for decisions based on Smooth insights. Use Smooth as educational wellness support and consider your own needs, preferences, allergies, and professional guidance.

5. AI estimates

AI-generated meal analysis may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users should review and correct meal descriptions, portions, and context where possible.

6. Accounts

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or subscription.
• We may suspend or limit accounts that misuse Smooth, abuse free scans, or interfere with the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Smooth for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Upload content containing other people’s personal data without permission.
• Upload documents, IDs, or sensitive images unrelated to meals.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service in ways not permitted by law.
• Abuse free scans, rate limits, trials, or access controls.
• Interfere with security, availability, or normal operation of Smooth.

8. Subscriptions

Paid plans and trials are governed by our Subscription Terms.

9. Intellectual property

Smooth owns the app, design, branding, software, and related materials. You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant Smooth the permission needed to process that content to provide, secure, and improve the service.

10. Limitation of liability

Smooth is provided as an educational wellness service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Smooth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on estimates or suggestions provided by the app.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as Smooth evolves. Continued use of Smooth means you accept the updated Terms.
