Subscription Terms
This page is provided for transparency and may be updated as Smooth evolves.
1. Plans
Smooth may offer a free plan with limited daily scans. Paid plans unlock additional features depending on the selected plan, such as more daily analyses, personalized insights, and expanded history or trend tools.
2. Free trial
If a free trial is offered, the trial length and renewal date will be shown before checkout.
3. Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription from your account, dashboard, or Stripe billing portal where available.
5. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, paid features usually remain available until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Smooth does not store full card details.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on applicable law, payment status, and the circumstances of the request.
8. Price changes
Any material changes to subscription pricing will be communicated where required.
